Production Assembler

 The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products, components, and parts according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Meet daily production quotas and performance expectations.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • May require standing for extended periods.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures depending on the facility.
