Eddie Paseur serves as the Director for ResourceTek and has been with the company since inception. Eddie has over 25 years of experience in the technical staffing industry and has been responsible for the recruitment, hiring, administration, client interface, contract management and reporting, and destaffing for hundreds of contract engineering support personnel. These services have been performed with Fortune 500 companies and other government and commercial clients.
Eddie is skilled in talent acquisition in a multi-discipline engineering consulting environment; staffing program development, implementation and management; HRIS/ATS, Employee & Manager Self-Service development and implementation; Training & Development; Employee Relations; Client/Manager Consulting; Retention Initiatives; Vendor Management; Benefit Program Development; Employment Branding; Social Media & Technology; Compliance.

Darlene Montgomery
Corporate Services Manager
Darlene has been with ResourceTek since it was established in 2000. She has over 30 years of experience in providing services to clients in government and various industries. She is knowledgeable in organizational development, administrative management, financial accounting and human resources. She demonstrates organizational skills, leadership, and high ethical standards to promote employee and client satisfaction.

Stephanie Rosiak, PHR
Senior Technical Recruiter
Stephanie has over 20 years of experience working in high demand, multi-tasking environments and nine years of experience in the field of Personnel Recruiting and Human Resources. She is skilled in the recruiting process including: sourcing strategies, cold calling, networking, candidate screening, interviewing, negotiating, new hire benefit paperwork, and employee retention.

Candace Draheim
Senior Technical Recruiter
Candace Draheim has 17 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, screening, and placing candidates in positions that match their career goals and interests. She is a very self-motivated individual that strives for the advancement of her recruits. She exemplifies the definition of a technical recruiter with her determination of not only keeping her recruits happy after the hire but even after they have been within her company for years.

Jeremy Burgess
Senior Technical Recruiter
Jeremy is the Senior Technical Recruiter for our Chattanooga office. With over 22 years of experience in recruiting Engineering and Technical personnel, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients. Jeremy is experienced in handling all recruitment and HR responsibilities of a large EPC firm giving him an in-depth understanding of our client projects.

Courtney Childs
Administrative Accounting Coordinator
Courtney started with the company in the early half of 2013. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English focusing on writing proficiency. She has over 6 years of demonstrated employee/client satisfaction and has a strong background in customer service. She assists in overseeing the daily tasks assigned to the payroll and billing department.

Christy Sego
Administrative Accounting Assistant
Christy started with ResourceTek in June 2018 and has over 10 years of general business accounting experience. Christy brings a wide range of administrative and accounting experience to the team. Christy is responsible for coordinating weekly payroll.

Samantha Conley
Accounting Specialist
Samantha Conley became a member of ResourceTek’s Nashville office in May 2019 and brings six years of business accounting experience to the team. Her career began with a local third-party provider of payroll, financial, and accounting services to multiple clients, including ResourceTek. Her prior employment in various industries has provided Samantha with valuable knowledge and experiences across a variety of business sectors.

MaintenanceTek Service Division and Houston Office
Tony Turner has over 15 years of experience in the execution and management of industrial Maintenance Programs. Tony was instrumental in the development and success of ResourceTek’s MaintenanceTek Service Division that provides industrial maintenance services including managed services, staff augmentation and recruitment of full time personnel for government and industrial clients.

As Regional Account Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter of the Houston office, Eddie effectively manages both the needs of clients and the needs of candidates.

Tonya is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and database administrators. She has over 10 years’ experience as an Accounting Administrator and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration-Accounting Technology.

Senior Technical Recruiter
Melissa is a Senior Technical Recruiter and manages our Columbus, GA office. She has over 15 years of experience recruiting for all C-Level positions, HRBP, managing the full life-cycle process and Human Resources Management. Melissa has a BS in Organizational Management of Human Resources and is active in the local SHRM Chapter.
