Director/Project Manager/Municipal Engineer
In this role you will help lead company associates to provide quality utility infrastructure plans and lead municipal utility projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in marketing/business development of company's municipal services offerings
- Develop scope of services and estimates of fees/schedules for professional services related to municipal projects.
- Oversee all communication of proposal activities with prospective company clients.
- Lead/manage staff in project creation and assist in their professional development.
- Create and review designs and calculations for civil projects, including municipal water, sanitary sewer, storm water, which may include road and infrastructure upgrades.
- Develop water, sewer and storm systems models for municipal clients, preparing documentation for model preparation and results.
- Create and review contract documents for bidding.
- Prepare and review permit applications, seeking approval.
- Oversee construction projects for quality and progress.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards, to meet all project goals.
- Represent company at municipal meetings as necessary.
- Assist company clients with reports, including MS4 regulations.
- Create EOC (Engineer's Opinion of Cast) to assist with client budgets.
- Responsible for internal project management.
- Prepare designs and conduct reviews of project pump stations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS from accredited university in civil engineering, or an equivalent.
- Professional registration in Tennessee or any neighboring state, or the ability to obtain through reciprocity.
- Minimum 8 years' engineering experience, with municipal projects a plus.
- Site plan and public infrastructure design, and familiarity with Municipal Land Use Law are preferred.
- Additional preferred certifications - TDEC Level II; GSWCC Level II Design Professional.
