ResourceTek, a long-standing staffing and resource organization in Nashville, TN, has modernized the company brand and updated its website. As a subsidiary of Barge Design Solutions, ResourceTek provides technical staffing in the areas of Engineering, Design, Project Management, and Industrial Maintenance for dozens of major organizations across the south. The modernization of this brand will reflect the company’s growth over the last 25 years while poising the company for the next 25.
Project Launch
In Q2 of 2022, ResourceTek searched for a marketing firm that would improve its current marketing assets as well as better serve its two primary audiences, client companies that rely on them for staffing projects and technical professionals looking to take their careers to new heights. Important factors for selection included a comprehensive project summary and a thorough understanding of ResourceTek’s capabilities and target audiences.

The Rebranding
ResourceTek’s goal is to be recognized under a brand that showcases its rich history of partnering with companies to provide innovative workforce solutions, while also offering exciting career paths for technical professionals from all over the country. The rebrand includes new taglines, branding colors, fonts, a logo, and an overall website schema. Honoring the legacy of ResourceTek’s reputation was of major significance during this rebrand.

ResourceTek chose Active8 Communications, based in Huntsville, Alabama, to lead this rebranding project. Active8 is a 21-year-old full-service Marketing agency specializing in working with technology and industrial companies throughout the southeastern United States.
